Owner Juliano Cabrini makes your slice to order and then sends it on a slow journey through a conveyer oven while you stand by salivating. The house four-cheese special is far from a regret-laden gut-bomb: an extra-delicate herbed crust cradles homemade tomato sauce and a reduced-fat four-cheese blend in place of greasy mozzarella. You can concoct your own combo from fresh toppings including spinach tossed in balsamic vinegar, prosciutto, bacon, juicy sun-dried tomatoes, brie, Swiss, even a pretty damn delicious vegan cheese.
