BAR 1554 E Olive Way, 322-1788 For as long as I can remember, the building on the corner of Olive and Denny--an odd-shaped structure perched atop the ridiculously steep Denny incline--has been a business graveyard. But now a bar has appeared in the space, and it may have the best name of any bar in Seattle: Bar. Where did this business come from? I prefer for it to remain a mystery, because the place seemed to just appear out of nowhere one day, barely advertising itself on the outside, like it had sprung organically from the neighborhood. Which would make it a true neighborhood bar. BRADLEY STEINBACHER
