As you may have noticed, All-Purpose Pizza was somehow left out of The Stranger's recent Food Fight quarterly devoted to restaurants that deliver. It's my fault, and if you want to punch me in the face, you can.

Thanks! Yeah, that sucked, especially because Piecora's was hyped as the only place that delivers to the Central District. A bunch of us here left Piecora's to come to All-Purpose, so that stung—especially since we're in the CD, and deliver everywhere from Madison Park to Columbia City.

I wish I were dead. Anyway, what's the deal with the sourdough crust?

Some people are nervous about the idea of a sourdough-crust pizza, but it's a really light taste. The main benefit of sourdough is that it makes a much more substantial crust—not super thick, but one that never gets soggy.

Well, goddamn. Thanks for punching me so lightly, and sorry about twisting the knife with the Piecora's thing. For what it's worth, you guys seem nice, while Piecora's staff is mean. Is that what they mean by "New York style"?

That's part of their charm! But yeah, at All-Purpose, we're nice. We even have a magnet over the counter that says, "Be nice or leave."
