You offer three flavors—plain, strawberry, and green tea. Any others in the works?

Not at the moment, but we just opened so we're still settling in. Our store is modeled after places like L.A.'s Pinkberry, which offers plain and green-tea frozen yogurts. But I'd like to get some seasonal flavors on the menu, or at least chocolate. The people want chocolate!

What's your favorite flavor combo?

Green tea with fresh blueberries, hands down. Plain with Fruity Pebbles is a close second, and my boyfriend loves strawberry and plain swirled together.

Are you a frozen-yogurt freak, here to rid the world of rich creams? Not at all, I'm an ice-cream lover. I can easily go through half a pint at night. I never ate yogurt until I started working here, but now I do all the time, because it's delicious. Our frozen yogurt is made with Nancy's organic nonfat yogurt, and it has only 25 calories an ounce. Now I've replaced ice cream with about four medium frozen yogurts per shift.

Does eating your weight in frozen yogurt each day make you love your job, or hate it?

Oh I love my job. Jason—the owner—is a great guy, and really generous. The other day he bought me IHOP. And we get to eat all the frozen yogurt we want, even when we're not working. It's fantastic.
