What are the crepe replicas in the window made of? Are they just real crepes coated with shellac?

They're made out of plastic. I think the owner had them made in Korea. Recently, someone asked if they could buy one!

Crepan is advertised as a Japanese creperie—what are the differences between Japanese and traditional French crepes?

Japanese dessert crepes have ingredients like cornflakes and ice cream. Traditional French crepes have simpler ingredients like cinnamon-sugar.

What would you say is the greatest advantage your crepe-pizza has over regular pizza?

You get the sweetness of the crepe dough, plus all the veggies and cheese. It's like your own personal pizza in a cone.

The Mexican crepe sounds similar to a burrito. Do you use different fillings on account of the differences in texture and flavor between crepes and tortillas?

That crepe has sour cream, bulgogi, and cheese. It's like Mexican and Korean together. It's a burrito you won't find anywhere else.

Forgive me, but what is bulgogi?

It's Korean marinated beef. In Korean restaurants, it's grilled at your table.

I usually drink beer with hot dogs and coffee with crepes. What beverage would you suggest to accompany your crepe-dog?

I'd say a bottle of Coke. We have aloe juice, but it doesn't really go well with the crepe-dog.
