Dear City of Seattle: Thank you for turning that dumb ol' parking lot at the northeast corner of Howell Street and 16th Avenue into Seven Hills Park this past September. In my opinion, the park—which includes loads of green grass, barbecue grills, picnic tables, and a sculptural art piece made of boulders that represents the seven hills of Seattle—has already proved itself the "community builder" everyone hoped it would be. In fact, I stumbled into some perfect strangers there this past Friday night, and we watched the full moon rise! There's nothing quite like meeting your neighbors and enjoying some nature together. So thanks, City of Seattle. You're the best! Love, KELLY O
