POSTER SCHOOL DON'TS #2: Don't limit your palette to standard paper sizes. Odd sizes, uncommon proportions, and nonstandard paper colors are all smart ways to innovate. Having a printed stack cut can open a number of stylish doors; full bleeds (printing to the paper's edge) being the most appealing. Leave an eighth of an inch of expendable art or color along the edges and trim the poster after printing. You'll be surprised by the effect. This poster is fantastic, yet doesn't challenge any conventions. CORIANTON HALE
