ZC Co. Boutique Limited Edition

In the past two years I purchased just one pair of jeans that I would buy again, a pair of Etienne Ozeki H.Fit #m10141. I paid $160 for them.

That's a lot of money, but the denim is very sturdy and thick and the workmanship is excellent-which is remarkable, since the jeans were made in China. After a year's worth of wear and tear and spin cycles, there are no seams coming apart and no threads hanging out. They barely have a scuff, and I wear these jeans when I go skateboarding. They are tough and good-looking jeans (modesty almost prevents me from mentioning that my ass looks awesome in them).

I purchased these jeans at Zebra Club downtown. But that store doesn't carry them anymore, and I assumed I would never get another pair. Then one day I was driving around Queen Anne and noticed ZC Co. Boutique Limited Edition. There, in the front window, was the very pair of jeans I loved so much. And here's the kicker-they were marked down to $60!

So what is this place? It's a sale outlet for all the Zebra Club stores and the company's warehouse. Leftover men's sale items and some women's items end up here to be sold at rock-bottom prices (40-75% off). While I was in the store I also picked up a Triko shirt (original price $30, now $15) and a cool Etienne Ozeki T-shirt (original price $90, now $25).

The "Limited Edition" in the name of the store refers to its hours-it's only open for a few hours on the weekend. But it's definitely worth seeking out. You have to dig-there's a reason some of these clothes haven't sold-but there are great finds for the discerning (and cheap)!
