A narrow white hallway conjoins the two distinct subsets of West Seattle's Maharaja Cuisine of India and Lounge. In the elegant dining area, rows of leather booths flank the walls, voices are politely hushed, and overhead an enormous trio of chandeliers drapes the air with jewels. Meanwhile in the adjacent back lounge, a pleasant chaos swells beneath the sharply slanted ceilings and laughter cuts the air as dart players thrash their arms. Thrifty happy-hour crowds will delight in the discounted well drinks ($2.25) or bottles of Bacardi Raz ($3), and for the beer drinkers, bottles of Corona ($3) or Budweiser ($1.50).
