actual law enforcement would be one thing. what we have are a bunch of white supremacist cosplayers who peaked halfway through highschool. they take out their personal grievances and insecurities on innocent people, usually with no consequences. the psych tests are clearly a joke. most physical fitness standards are a joke too. when there are punishments for bad cops, the taxpayers are the ones who pay, when it should be coming out of their pensions. they are comically militarized for no reason. most of them shouldn't even have guns. they get off on being antagonistic. people shouldn't have to fear that involving the police in a problem in their lives might actually make the problem worse.

you want law enforcement? then you're going to need good police. good luck with that, considering the good ones usually get silenced one way or another.
