What is so terrible about a Colony of Somalis? There are China Towns, where a lot of people of Chinese descent live. In pierce County there is a Korea Town; I enjoy shopping there, the prices are quite reasonable and the store clerks very respectful. There are also Little Italys and shtetls. There is nothing wrong with referring to a geographic area with a designation acknowledging specific nationalities or ethnicities if they congregate there and form cultural centers. I guess if you go digging up dirt you'll find to suit your needs.
