@8 Those damned renegade prosecutors! Following established court procedure to try to hold people accountable per sentencing guidelines after they tried to overthrow the government! So scary!

Just in case you didn't know, the judges in an awful lot of these cases have been sentencing people to about half of the prison time indicated by the sentencing guidelines for the convictions. For a few ringleaders, prosecutors have gone back to try to get sentences in line with guidelines, as is their legal right.

I'd sure rather have that than the gross abuses of prosecutorial power currently underway in the Hunter Biden investigation or in the John Durham fiasco.

@8, @19: The maximum penalty for Seditious Conspiracy is twenty years of imprisonment, and that’s fine with me in these cases. Lock them up!
