On Tuesday April 5, the Funhouse is holding a benefit show for the victims of the March 9 explosion in Greenwood. The incident—which was caused by a natural gas leak—destroyed Mr. Gyros, Neptune Coffee, and a Quik Stop convenience store, severely damaged nearby G&O Cyclery, and broke other nearby businesses' windows. The local rock groups Little Fixtures, Shagnasty, LoudMotor, and Fast and Friendly will perform at this charity gig, with Rick Friel emceeing and holding a raffle. Cover is $10, but you can donate whatever you wish to the cause. You can also contribute to the GoFundMe campaign here. (This show is 21+.)
