I think it's a problem that doesn't have an instant fix, where somone can snap there fingers and poof its better. I can say from someone that doesn't know much it seems it's a heated debate that everyone seems to have there own take own. I think that's the start to making anything better in society is getting people thinking about the problem and talking about it even if it's within there own family's the discussions are started and that's always the first step in true change is getting people involved by talking about the issues, and that is where new ideas come from, they are sprouted from those family discussions. Maybe it's the generations to come that have the best ideas for real change in America. If I where a betting man I would bet on our youth that's what makes America great.

2016 NATIONAL CONVENTION FOR #BLACKLIVESMATTER ACTIVISTS "PUTTING A NATIONAL TEAM, TOOLS, STRATEGY, MESSAGE TOGETHER JULY 14, 15, and 16."
http://www.blacklifematterpgh.org/july-2…

“Black Lives Matter” sets forth two separate but related sentiments:

The first is universal and normative: "all lives matter," and our diverse democracy (indeed, any civilization worthy of the designation) accepts that as an ideal.

The second is particular and descriptive: "the treatment of Black people," as evidenced by individual cases and overwhelming statistics, indicates in actuality "we are treated as less than equal."

#Blacklivesmatter just points out our shared failure to live up to our ideals and the undeniable persistence of racial disparities. People of all backgrounds are infuriated more by the observation that "we are hypocrites" than the direct challenge of our principles.
