But Trans people get assaulted in any place as well.

But isn't assaulting Trans people "illegal no matter what"?

Bathroom bills allowing people to use whatever restroom they fancy are a solution to a problem that does not exist, unless you have a problem with giving people the basic human dignity of being able to shit in peace, in which case these laws probably make a lot of sense to you.
