Young Seattle sibling band the Malady of Sevendials are releasing "Idol Hands" off their debut album Strange Fruit (produced by Barrett Jones [Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Young Evils] and slated for a June release) to benefit the Southern Poverty Law Center and St. Jude's Hospital. The song's a magenta cloud of pensive, plangent shoegaze rock—prime existential, rainy-day music.
