EEEEHAY!!
We've got'em on the run, boys!!!

Still banning Muslims, still unconstitutional.

Still rat-fucking bananas -- created merely as a sop for Trump's bigoted voters.
3
Is this a prelude to save face argument.
4
Prejudice rewritten is still prejudice. The ACLU tracked changes between Muslim Ban 1.0 and 2.0.

The people who say "he's just doing what he said he'd do during the campaign" are the worst. Most of the nasty shit that he said during the campaign was openly unconstitutional, unethical, immoral, or illegal. We need better Americans than the assholes that voted for this despicable, cruel, nasty fraud.
6
It is a shame how many terrorists have been radicalized by Imam Trump and President Bannon
7
@4: Thank you and the ACLU. The revision: hate with better grammar and less hyperbole.
9
@8 Well, for one thing, "terrorism" is almost exclusively used to *refer* to Muslims...
(what if Roof were Muslim - just think about it).

AG Bob Ferguson, you are only doing the only sane, rational and right thing BY suing Trumpzilla! That corrupt shithole is not my President. Do not back down from RepubliKKKan tyranny---that's what they WANT! And if you cease to resist, all hope for restoring democracy is lost, the corrupt and stupid have won, and the Earth is irreparably destroyed.
11
@10: Correction: Make that "...if WE cease to resist pressing criminal charges and stop fighting injustice, all hope for restoring democracy is lost..."
Trumpzilla is NOT my president, nor was Dubya.

Well, if the ban was intended to curb religiously motivated violence, why not ban people from every country where religion substantially influences the government? We could ban anyone holding a Vatican passport, for example. Oh, sure, fine, priests don't generally blow themselves up or shoot up nightclubs, I get it. But they do rape little kids. And they seem to encourage violence against gay men, don't they? That's terrorism, of a kind.

We could ban everyone from Japan, to keep out potential Aum Shinrikyo adherents. Or we could ban everyone from the UK, just in case they're IRA. Why don't we just ban all Utahns from traveling to any other state? After all, the FLDS turns young women and girls into sex slaves for horny old men. We could just wall off the whole state, since we're walling off Mexico anyway, and this way we don't have to worry about any wall building surplus materials lying around unused.

Still no Saudi Arabia, eh?
14
@8 - interestingly, you are probably much more statistically likely to be killed by an act of terrorism by an anti-government right wing type (especially with a gun) than you are by a foreign born Muslim. And yet the GOP seems deeply concerned about only one form of violence, and not the other. I wonder why?

Tsk, tsk, tsk- a good attorney would have made sure that any future dictates would be difficult go forward. I guess that's what happens when you're in a rush to get on the news.

Please wait...
