First, Hoosiers - "Indianians" doesn't exist. And I say this as someone who went to Purdue.

Second, Columbus, for quite a long time now, has been rated the #3 spot to view Modernist architecture in North America - typically only behind New York and San Francisco.

Third, yes, Columbus is a company town, largely - Cummins - but then it was one of the family that created the company that also put forward the idea to help fund most of the projects.
