And then it happens. After shaking the hand of the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, Trump offers his hand to the president's wife, Agata Kornhauser-Duda, a stylish and handsome woman. But she leaves his hand hanging, and offers her hand to Melania Trump, who is wearing something that says: whimsical. As the First Lady of Poland passes Trump—his hand hanging and demanding that she shake it now—the look on his face is unmistakable.

You have seen it before at a dinner party, or a bar. There is this couple. Their marriage is on the rocks. Everyone can see it. It makes everyone uncomfortable. Then there's some dumb incident that embarrasses or upsets the husband. And at that moment, everyone can see in the husband's face that there will be big trouble for the wife after the two depart. There will be a loud fight in the car. Things will be thrown in the house. Doors will be slammed. There might be a beating. That is the look on Trump's face. It's of that husband who will explode the moment the couple is alone. And the following day, one will not be surprised to find the wife wearing big and dark sunglasses.

Now, a quick word about who is running the country. There is more evidence today that it is not Trump. It's the generals.

Buzzfead:

As rival factions inside the White House continue to battle over urgent foreign policy decisions, a key ally of Donald Trump’s chief strategist Stephen Bannon is leaving the National Security Council, BuzzFeed News has learned.
Tera Dahl, deputy chief of staff at the NSC and a former columnist for Breitbart, is being reassigned to a position outside of the White House, three people familiar with the decision told BuzzFeed News. The move frees up National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster to install another staffer of his choosing in his drive to reshape the NSC to his liking
The generals are globalists (or realists) and the Bannon's people are nationalists (or idealists). The nationalists wanted military power, but it seems they are losing it to the generals.

What this all means?

The move comes as Trump embarks on his second presidential trip to Europe, where McMaster appears to have more influence than he did on Trump's first visit. On Thursday, Trump criticized Russia and explicitly endorsed NATO’s collective defense principle during a speech in Warsaw. Trump pointedly did not endorse the NATO principle in a speech, written by Miller, at NATO’s Brussels headquarters in May — despite the urging of McMaster, Secretary of Defense James Mattis, and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson that he do so.
