The next time you read a story about a cop roughing up a civilian, remember this chilling speech from President Trump. Addressing police officers in Long Island, Trump encouraged cops to not "be too nice" with people they arrest. He also tells officers not to worry too much about hitting a suspect's head against a cruiser's doorway as they're being apprehended. His audience laughed. Watch and remember:

Like when you guys put somebody in the car and you’re protecting their head, you know, the way you put their hand over?
