Memphis calls it what it is... Charles Mudede

As the GOP prepares to attack the hill of Obamacare for the umpteenth time this year (this time in the Trojan horse of the tax cuts for those who are truly represented by the state—the rich), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) reports that 876,788 Americans signed up for Obamacare "during the second week of sign-ups alone." That's up from 601,462 in the first week. That's a total of 1,478,250. That's almost 50 percent up from 2016. Something like this happened with public housing. Politicians who hated it (and were, of course, paid by the housing industry to destroy it), kept saying no one wanted live in the projects; yet the waiting list for public housing was so long, it went and around and around the years.

Obamacare is not anywhere near dead.

And this is what the Dems should be focusing on. Obamacare is Obama's gift to you. Not the deficits or that dumb impeachment business. We want Trump to stay where he is and to keep tweeting. We want the GOP to not stop going after Obamacare. We want their donors to condemn them to a mission that's democratically doomed. We also want GOP pedophiles to enter and stink the noble halls of Senate because, though it will not change votes in the South, it will change votes in the suburbs. The election of Nov 7. should be the light that guides the left through the long night of Trump.
