No one wants to wear a pair of big dorky glasses on their face. It's why Google Glass failed, it's why 3-D TVs failed, and it's why virtual reality has been little more than a buzz word for 30 years and today only occupies a tiny niche in the gaming market.
What #1 said, plus don't forget the computer you have to clip to your belt like an early 80's VHS camcorder. Also, if they're expecting bands and labels to pay to create content for this device, it's not going to happen.
