I remember that a group of visitors from Rhode Island were attacked in Seattle in August of 2015, just a little over 2 years ago. The attack occurred near the bus tunnel; the victims, 2 women and 1 man, were white and the attackers were a group of black men and women. While the attack was going on several other people on the street, also black, joined in the attack. Simply put, an attack on a small group of whites by a large group of white-hating blacks. The Stranger didn't even bother to report the event yet Charles Mudede decries KOMO 4 for not mentioning the fact that the attacker in that story was a white supremist.

Good work, Charles. Sinclair's editorial stance is Corporations Rule, Citizens are Viewer Demographics, hence their recent fine, as reported here. However, Charles, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming are stunningly beautiful states with many, many wonderful (even liberal) people. Where do you get your information that the people attacked were white and the attackers were all black? And if you have that information, then you should be able to say how many attackers there were--or if now, what the minimum number was. And if you do have verifiable evidence that the racial make-up of the people involved were as you claim, then do you have any evidence that this was a racial based attack, you know, the way there's actual evidence that being a Nazi was the reason the killer in Virginia murdered the girlfriend's parents? Because otherwise, it sounds like you're just peddling race-baiting bullshit that belongs on your dinner plate.

@12 I'll refer you to Seattle Times 08-26-15 as well as Christine Coleridge who wrote the story, ccoleridge@seattletimes.com, for details. The number of assailants were unknown but Q13 news did have some photos from surveillance cameras at the scene. As to proof that the attack was racially motivated why don't you try to get real. One of the black women try to burn one of the white women with a cigarette.

This is not race baiting; Mr. Mudede was complaining about cherry picked news reportage, this is just another example that occurred here in Seattle. You probably didn't hear about it at the time.

Too bad you had to go back more than TWO YEARS to dredge up a complete false-equivalency, because, for those of us who actually read the post, the incident (which, happened in Virginia, so not sure why you felt the need to mention a TWO YEAR OLD robbery & assault that happened HERE, NOT in Virginia) in question involved a White person murdering two other White people. No Black people anywhere in sight, but hey, why let little things like facts or context get in the way of some good whataboutery, am I right?

The one incontrovertible truth is that it would have been reported very differently had there been terror links to a non-white/non-Christian group. Radicalization foments in poverty, alienation, lack of positive role models and other root causes unrelated to religion or race.
