in solemn remembrance we here planted three

@1, nice one.
City life can be green, just maybe not with lots of trees. Semi rural living, lots of trees just not the cultural facilities and ease with jobs etc, that the city gives. Compromise, look to put vertical greens spaces on buildings or roof gardens. In your homes, lots of plants are very easy to grow indoors and are beneficial.

:) good, Dan, we'll put down that you're a "for" on urban density, now they can get on with things...sheeesh
4
Amongst. Please!
5
All chopped down now
As you can see

To make some money
And room for you and me.
6
Yeah, I thought it amongst as well. Can get confusing.
Got to have some trees around, they haven't cut them all down have they.
7
So we all shouldn't be here

Except for me
8
And to save other forests and other trees
I support free birth control, abortion, sterilization and other reproductive health services worldwide
9
Then liberal and hipster and millennials moved in exclaiming “please save this tree”
All freely accepting the developing and gentrifying while “saving the bees”.
“Beautiful condos we need, the landscape be damed”
“Public transportation, Trader Joes and more rights we’ll demand”
Then one day, cloudy and cold on this once beautiful knoll
All of a sudden stood mechanical geased and oiled ‘ol pole
The liberals you see, they believed in their cause,
Yet took no action, while garnering echo-chamber applause.
Its someone else’s fault, “the government” they said-
While consoling the vagina, the pothead and those who cant give head.
So alas, here is the headstone of that once beautiful tree-
And the legacy of what is liberal hypocrisy.

Please wait...
