I agree! I recently played the original for my 8 & 10 year old boys, who loved it. Stands up pretty well, though at the end Bill and Ted are essentially given 2 women (the princesses) as prizes for completing their journey. That part was icky, but otherwise still a great, fun flick.

If memory serves, Bill and Ted wooed the princesses in their own special way, and the princesses were up for the adventure.

But it's been years...
