Assuming a 9% tax rate, and (conservatively) imagining that *all* revenue was concealed from the state for this five-year period, wouldn’t that mean Tacos Guaymas has over $11 million in sales annually? That is, to use a technical term, a fuckload of tacos.

Has anyone seen the size of guaymas? Can’t imagine they could sell that many tacos
