There have been half a dozen anti-Jewish incidents in this city by BLM activists. They have gotten little condemnation and no consequences for the perps. Those involved are still welcome with open arms into the SJ community. Until the left cleans up it's own act and stops tolerating serious anti-Semitism both on a national and local level this kind of hysteria over the alt-right reeks of dishonesty and hypocrisy.

I would go but no doubt have the people there will be the same ones I see on facebook defending Omari Garrett's anti-Semitism, posting rants about "the Zionists", posting about how racist Jewish Isrealis are to black immigrants while being either apologists or silent about anti-Semetic incidents on the left, including in this city.

People are free to give or take whatever donations they want.

I hope they do take donations, especially for worthy causes helping survivors of white nationalist violence and policies or combating white nationalism. White nationalists have no place in a civilized society, wouldn't you agree?

How about we create a new identity that includes black, latin and asian people? Right now, even on the left, "Real America" and "The Fouding Fathers" are white. There's this idea that other 'races' haven't built the country. The American Identity is/will be white, until a new identity is formed that people share in.

I posit that the more continents your ancestors are from, the more 'American' you are. My little cousin is anglo-sikh-japanese-brazilian. That's about as good as it gets.

@13. That’s an interesting idea. First, what to call it? Second, how to entice people away from the self segregation of existing racial identities, there’s so much value placed on identity these days it’s a qualifier to even speak in some situations, and into a positive, all inclusive one? (I’m guilty of it myself, sometimes I qualify as Jewish even though it’s my ethnicity at most and culturally barely an afterthought) “American” is currently considered too white. Our “national culture” has devolved into consumerism (regardless of what color you are) and that’s a garbage thing to rally around.

I would politely suggest that White Nationalists—starting with Ditzy Donald—either be (1) burned at the stake (they are *way* more dangerous than witches every were), or (2) fed into a meat grinder feet first (their remains could be used as dog food & maybe even rocket fuel)
