In other words, Tdumbp’s a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot.

2

It says "Putin colluding" but they could have simply said "treasonous." Seems to have more punch when you put it simply.

3

@2:

Maybe it's a matter of semantics, but to them his actions wouldn't be considered "treasonous", since he technically can't commit treason against a country of which he's not a citizen.

Simple signs are persuasive. This sign is neither. What will stick in people's minds is "We <3 US." The rest is lost. To counter Trump's defense-by-offense technique, nail him well on a handful of emotional issues. The rest will follow.

@3 COMTE: Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II must have about spat up her Earl Grey upon having to socialize with that pig at High Tea. I wonder if she experienced Hitler-related flashbacks of WWII. She has my deepest sympathy.
@5: We need the entire Mein Trumpfy / Mein Pencey neofascist nutzi regime to resign tomorrow.

7

Better believe I was there. There were some amazing signs, and quite a few effigies. And despite the tabloids' warning Americans to stay inside, I wore an American flag T-shirt and nobody gave me any hassle, go figure. ;-)

8

@7 Glad to have people proudly, and bravely at this time, representing the tolerant and accepting factions of American values.

9

Great you were there Fan.. beautiful to see so many.
So rude to our Queen though, that buffoon.
And Melania wearing a skirt one could see her ass cheeks thru, to have tea with Queen Elizabeth. No class at all these two.

10

Not kowtowing to inbred swine sitting in an arbitrary chair is a big part of being an American.

We earned that right over 200 years ago, and retain it because now we have to use our treasure and blood to continue to defend the countries these "royals" nest in, because their governments can't be bothered to do it.

11

@10: So let me get this straight, you think the revolutionary war means we can be boorish to the heads of state of our allies. I'm curious Ambassador, what do you think is the historical precedent for giving a rim job to our enemies then? I mean you've been notably silent on the kowtowing we witnessed on the part of the president towards Putin.....

12

@11: Lighten up, Francis. Don't make me toss the tea in the harbor again, it may send these royalists around the bend.

On another note, I think you can give a rimjob to whoever you want, I'm certainly not going to stop you.

13

That’s that then. Trump has just shown the whole world who his master is. Could almost see the lease, and put in looked like he was in charge.
Hope America finally says No Way to this one. Or you know, you’ll have new friends. And they won’t be from the west.

14

*Putin / though put in works to. He put in a Russian puppet.

15

*too

16

And again. * leash.
Sorry. Only 5am here, and I checked fb before coffee.

17

@12: No, no Ambassador! Please don't change the subject. I would prefer that your private musing regarding the sex lives of others remain a mystery. What wars were fought by our great nation, what historical precedent, is there to support the astonishing display of sycophancy on the part of our president that we witnessed today?

Oh, and FYI, Lava Girl is Australian, so attempting to insult her by calling her a "royalist" is particularly stupid. I'm surprised that with all your diplomatic experience you missed that when an Australian refers to Elizabeth II as "our Queen" they are in point of fact being literal.
It is doubtful that you polluting your local water ways with tea, or coffee, or any beverage really, will have any influence on Australia's relationship with its monarch, but by all means go ahead and knock yourself out. I'm certainly not going to stop you.

18

Surprised at the levels of respect generated by Trump for US military conscription and the British monarchy. Or rather I wish I was surprised but I'm not because contemporary US liberalism is one of the most politically anaemic, spineless and hypocritical movements of the past hundred years

Seriously, a million billion reasons to condemn Trump and 'progressives' all of a sudden reach for draft dodging?

19

Has anyone else noticed the more unhinged trump gets, the more nationalist teddy gets?

Also, a reminder that teddy said the russia thing was a nothingburger.

20

@17: She said "our queen." Which I found funny, imagining her in a powdered wig talking about those scofflaws in the colonies.

21

@20: Mm hmm.
