The Cloud Room: A office with a bar
The Cloud Room: An office with a bar. SOHAIL FAZLUDDIN

Capitol Hill Seattle Blog reported Monday that City Arts, one of our few competitors in the print business still limping along, is moving to the hood.

After divorcing from publisher Encore Media, the arts rag will be making a new home in none other than the Cloud Room, a co-working space slash bar slash lounge at Chophouse Row, a mere two blocks from The Stranger World Headquarters. Welcome, City Arts! Now that the pleasantries are out of the way, please be advised of the following rules:

Don't barf on the sidewalk, barf off the sidewalk.

Trash days every Tuesday, as well as Friday and Saturday nights after 1 AM.

City ordinace prevents discrimination based on race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, and politics. That does not, however, mean you can't kick people out for wearing lanyards.

Despite what you might have been lead to believe, DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE GROCERY STORE.

Speaking of grocery stores, real locals call QFC "The Q." Seriously. Do it.

No flip-flops allowed.

The Capitol Hill library is for reading, not masturbating. If you need to jerk off, be a dear and take it down to the Amazon Spheres.

When it comes to bird cage liners, The Stranger is the best and most absorbant, followed by the Times, the Weekly, and City Arts, in that order. Take note.
