Where Were You While FACS Were Making Rock Great Again?

"Guitarist Brian Case specializes in an aggressive form of Morse code anti-riffing, emitting sulfuric sparks of wiry angst."

Nice writing.

I don't know about the "Morse code anti-riffing" but the "sulfuric sparks of wiry angst" could probably apply to early Graham Parker (Parker, of course, even had an album called "Squeezing Out Sparks".)

However, whereas I loved early Graham Parker (as well as later Graham Parker) something tells me I wouldn't care much for the FACS.

As for the FACS making rock great again, I suppose that's true if you felt rock had become "not great." I never did.
