The revelation doesn't surprise me at all. Anyone who has spent any time around men could tell you that trump is insecure when it comes to sex. Having a small wang doesn't make you bad in the sack, but some guys are just really insecure about it, and trump acts like one of those guys. His whole life has been a series of phallic symbols.

As a man with a small penis, I'm offended and angered by this kind of talk. Every small dick joke in film/TV, my experience dressing out it the locker room as a kid, and write-ups like this made growing up and developing as a sexually mature adult extremely difficult. Apparently it isn't okay to body shame anymore except when it comes to men's penis size? How does this make sense? Do you realize the way talking about penis size like this harms other people?

Insecurity around penis size is a complicated issue, and largely starts with the way our culture comments on it.. My particular case is related to a rather common birth defect related to endocrine disruption from pollutants during pregnancy. In no way does penis size guarantee that a man is going to be a complete asshole, punish others for their personal difficulties, or do things to compensate for being born with a smaller penis.

I am grateful that after many years of working through my own issues around sexuality, I am now happily married with a partner who has helped me to move past my insecurities. However, each time I come across something like this blog post, especially when it relates to our terrible president, it hurts. There is plenty to legitimately complain about regarding this president, so can you do that without making people feel bad about their own bodies? Maybe you should talk to Dan Savage about this issue while we're at it.
