It is true that a bunch of pot candy inadvertently or mistakenly left out and accessible by a child is a reasonable issue to discuss. Edibles affect people differently and could even send a kid to the hospital.
That said, I'm not in favor or the ban.

Those pictures are amazing, they sell none of that at the shops I've checked out in Thurston County.
