It is extremely good to hear that they are not planning on changing their methods to accommodate higher production. This was my fear with this latest growth. Most of the other local breweries that have gotten this big lost something in their quality after 'brewing up'. It seems as if the Reuben's folk are committed to keeping their precision intact. This is only good news.
