Tim Eyman files for bankruptcy: Notorious tax-troll Tim Eyman is in the midst of being sued by Attorney General Bob Ferguson. It’s been an expensive burden on Eyman’s wallet and apparently wreaked havoc on his soon-to-be-over 25-year marriage. It came to light in the bankruptcy filing that Eyman has been making $42,573.84 a month since May. A lot of that money came from political supporters. Ferguson said that could be a violation of campaign finance laws. Eyman is really in the thick of it.

Lime wants you to get rid of your car: The new LimePods will launch in Seattle Dec. 10, GeekWire reports. Though, I’ve already been seeing Lime-branded Fiat 500s cropping up around the city. Whenever the official launch really is, Lime is trying to create a vast transportation network that will enable people to get around the city without a personal car. GeekWire did a review. It’s a Fiat, there’s your review. It costs 40 cents per minute and $1 to unlock the car to drive it.

Travel times set to spike with viaduct closure: Get ready to kiss the viaduct goodbye. It’ll shut down for good on Jan. 11. That’s going to be hell for the 90,000 people who drive that way every day. Businesses around the viaduct are bracing for the worst. With construction blocking routes and congestion clogging the streets around them, many businesses are already feeling the effects. It’ll only get worse.

Port Orchard cockfighting duo get let off easy: The charges against two men who were accused of running a cockfighting ring in Port Orchard were dropped. It wasn’t a question of their guilt in the end but whether state authorities investigating them acted above the law. It was found that the police used a concealed wire and camera to bust the cockfight hosts. In doing so, they fucked up the whole investigation because they violated privacy laws.

Courts side with ex-Microsoft employee in retaliation suit: The woman had filed and won a lawsuit against Microsoft on the basis of gender discrimination. After that, she sailed through the company, receiving positive performance reviews. Until a manager inquired about the lawsuit. She kept it all mum and confidential. The manager went to human resources. The woman then received poor performance reviews on her next review and was laid off. She sued. A court ruled in her favor 8-1 that prior knowledge of the lawsuit ended in her termination.

Dick’s might remove all of its hunting gear from stores: The sporting goods store, not the burger place, is looking into getting rid of hunting supplies. Earlier this year, the company stopped its sales of assault rifles. It also implemented new gun policies like not selling guns to people under 21 and stopping the sale of high capacity magazines.

Trump's plan for a new Trump Tower in Moscow included giving Russian President Vladimir Putin a $50 million penthouse as a gift: According to Buzzfeed News Michael Cohen, Trump’s personal attorney and fixer at the time, discussed the gift with Dmitry Peskov, Putin’s press secretary, according to two law enforcement sources that spoke with Buzzfeed. The proposed 100-story tower in the Russian capitol has become a focal point for Bob Mueller’s investigation into Trump and is now ensnaring Trump’s kids Ivanka and Donny Jr. Did the whole Trump crime syndicate family try to bribe Russia into stealing the election for them? Jury's, literally, out!
