Didelphic uterus ~ opossum uterus???

A question I am perfectly equipped to answer!!

As a proud owner of this uncommon but not that weird type of uterus(es), diagnosed a few years ago, I have decided that for first/casual encounters it's not necessary, but when it goes any further or has the potential to get serious, I disclose. It doesn't have to be a big deal, and by the 3rd/4th sexy occasion they've explored enough that it's likely they'll notice, but it's also not weird if they haven't yet.

Explain it calmly, because it's no big deal, just might need special consideration for contraception or extra care during pregnancy.

People with this condition should disclose the first vagina immediately, and keep the second vagina as a bonus prize. If a partner hasn't discovered it by the 3rd or 4th encounter, he or she is either not paying attention, or is just plain lazy.

@6 Assuming all of these medical terms are Latin, it should be two vaginae, two cervices (Yay! Correct third declension plural!), two uteri (and God knows why that is a masculine noun, but it is...gender is weird).

But you are right about clitoris: it's from Greek instead. But actually, it should be two clitoride, not clitorides. Why? Because Greek has a separate dual number in addition to singular and plural.

So it's one clitoris, two clitoride, three clitorides, four!

Based on an image search, it appears this condition manifests itself in many ways, so in some circumstances simply parting the labia reveals two vaginas, whereas in other cases there is a branching of the vaginal canal farther back.

I think @2/asparagusto has the right approach, no need to disclosed before your partners start touching you, but if they haven’t been able to detect it with a visually or manually, then casually mentioning it the third or fourth time seems right, especially if, as in VAG’s case there is a level of discomfort when being penetrated.
