The team that owned Blue Sea also owns the incredibly mediocre Elemental Pizza. At the time it opened, the owners were on the hook to U Village for 10 years. That was 2012, so assuming nothing has changed, they've still got four years to go. Will be interesting to see what happens there.

@16 A buyer's market just means that there are more people selling than buying which in turn means less competitive bids. Last year I was looking at a place that sold for $100K over the asking price.
