There will certainly be issues that need to be addressed. The titanium and plastic in my total knee replacement could be removed before the procedure or just collected afterward. And recycled though I suspect they would be melted down -- not reused. Fillings have a way of falling out and being replaced so I doubt I have much amalgam in my teeth and no caps. These are not insurmountable issues.
Don't forget, you can donate your body to a medical school. That is where both my mother and father went. If I wasn't like the typical person who doesn't want to think about this I would have made similar arrangements for myself.
