Liar, Liar. Pant on Fire. Does he own the land too? or, the block? It seems kinda rare that a club owner would own the land also. He probably sees how much he'd get if he sold.

I certainly hope so. Worst place to see a show in Seattle. If there's ever a fire in there...

@4, If so, might be a interesting place to get roasted alive. But if it hasn't happened after 20 something years I doubt it will ever happen short of a KISS cover band having an accident.

Keep the few places around h that host heavy music alive:)

@4 Don’t know why people hate on that place for the show experience so much. Yes it’s dingy and the bathrooms are disgusting, but I love shows in that room. Not too big, stage is just high enough, good sightlines throughout (other than the poles).
You realize there’s exits in the back of the room on either side in case a fire breaks out? I’m trying to think of a venue that would be easier to get out of.
