It's one of my favorite shows as well. Eccentric people in naturalistic slice of life portrayal of new yorkers. It's like a 1/2 hour modern day Robert Altman movie. A balanced view of new yorkers in many forms w/o the larger than life fantasy takes on the city that you get in some tv shows and movies.
