What is looooooove, anyway?

What is god? Gods are part of an attempt to understand what our relationship with the universe is, where we fit in and what our proper function within the universe should be.

What is Christ? A translation (into Greek) of the Hebrew word we know as Messiah, that is the anointed one.

What is religious? Religious are people who dedicate their lives to religion. Think people like monks and nuns.

What is Satan? Literally, the adversary. We often have contradictory impulses. Satan is the personification of those impulses that are contrary to what is in our own best interests and out of alignment with our place in the universe.

What is sin? The Greek word translated as sin literally means to miss the mark (like an archer might miss the target). It refers to how our actions often fail to live up to our ideals.
