I’m all for legalizing and regulating cannabis for medical/non-medical purposes...did it occur to you to mention in your article several evidence-based sleep hygiene behavioral techniques which are extremely effective and don’t involve any pharmaceutical substances?

I can't use doxylamine either, it brings on panic attacks.

@1 - the techniques described on the link you provided often don't work very well for people experiencing sleep issues. I know from experience. Cannabis helps people with PTSD sleep without experiencing the nightmares that usually ruin their sleep. I know from experience there too.
