Sure. Provided there will be no complaints when the social distancing measures are lifted and the streets will abound abundantly again with all those wonderful cars, trucks, and SUVs.

There are also plenty of workplaces that will still be open so people will still be driving.

This is a dumb idea that will encourage people to leave their homes. You're supposed to be inside. You don't need the streets turned over to pedestrians.
