Must have been a Segue duck.

And the first-rate novelist's preferred descriptor would be?

3

Not 'stone' Chas.
'Split face' CMUs.
So, post-late-90's most likely.

4

you are right. im not going to change the text. i thought it was hewn stone.

The young Mallard most likely was really hungry, looking for food, and thus willing to forage despite the nasty odor of human waste and excrement in or near a filthy public restroom.

@5: The little duck--and urban wildlife are all among us, folks. I keep waiting to see a young buck with earbuds, a Smartphone, and a backpack enrolled at WWU or WCC.

Unlike 'prez' it's
a pretty good fake
comes in different colors
not orange or red as far as I know
I wish they'd make 'em translucent
and they're Structural.

The duck's pronouns are "quack", "Quack", and "Quack! Quack! Quack!"

And it's none of your business.
