My dad worked at nearby terminal 105 for years and everything there was covered in greasy film or rust dust. I nominate Rust Dust Park! With a playground made from salvaged barges and reclaimed oil drums.
Someone is certainly going to feel underrepresented when the final design is approved, because that's the Seattle way.
