West Seattle was my favorite place when I lived in Seattle, even though I lived on Capitol Hill. I loved taking the water taxi across to Alki - riding my bike, walking my friend's dog, and enjoying the beach. If I wasn't hanging out on Alki, I was shopping at Easy Street Records or eating at Luna Park. I tried looking for a place to live there in my last years in Seattle, but rental apartments were scarce and I didn't own a car. When I was still able to visit Seattle, West Seattle was always where I spent a good amount of my time. I love the t-shirt designs. It will be interesting to see which one wins.

I agree with D. Keith's logo and slogan, and it would be a good counterpoint to the Fremont Troll, which lives under a state bridge so you know the state is on the hook for fixing it, whereas we will have to cancel 300 cops to pay for a new West Seattle bridge, so that's not going to happen.
