@3, 5: 180 days from now is late January, so that's when signatures would have to be submitted. It'll take another month or so to certify the signatures, so that starts the 45-90 day clock in late February or so. That would put the recall election somewhere between mid-April and late May. It doesn't look like King County normally has elections in odd-numbered years in April or May, so it would be a special election with a weird date.
