And to think that if Prezinazi AntiChrist hadn't cheated on his first wife,
then abandoned her and their three kids for his mistress/second wife,
then sloughed that gal and their child off for a few of Jeffrey Epstein's victims,
followed by settling for a mail-order Slovenian hooker,
then the RepubliKKKans wouldn't have their very own Jackie O(rgasm)
addressing their CONvention tonight.

Of course the best parts will be $6.99 on her OnlyFans account.

Trump's campaign paid $2.3 million in donor money to his private business. And his supporters will continue supporting the grift until the con is over. SAD!

@3-5,

Far too little, too late. Or perhaps more accurately the past four years, and past six months in particular, have been "far too much, too often." They could reanimate the corpse of Abraham Lincoln to present tomorrow night and it wouldn't measurably help his cause. The only remaining question is how much more damage he can inflict between now and January.

@4 Trot out the non-whites to prove we're not white supremacist terrorists! What they don't show is those people are led out the back door and put back in their cages. Then they are shipped out of the country or put in prison for labor purposes. Or in extreme cases they're infected with COVID-19 and sent home to infect as many other people as possible.

10

@3,

"I had no idea that there were so many people of color that supported Trump."

There's about 37 million black people in the US
Let's say half are children, so now we're down to 18.5 million black adults

I don't know what polls say, but let's go super low and say trump has a 0.1% support among black adults. One tenth of one percent. That would still give him nearly 20,000 black supporters in the country.

The US simply has a huge population. Even at minuscule percentages, you can find a decent sample of almost any demographic.

At first, I thought OWG was being sarcastic.

@3 "Kimberly Guilfoyle was scary (didn't see her husband's speech) "
While she does have a couple of exes, I don't believe she currently has a husband.
One might wonder why she was there, but next to hypocrites, it seems there is little the Evangelicals like better than divorced people.

@10 exactly. Another example: POINT 9 % (0.9%) of social security recipients still receive their benefits via check (everyone else was forced to get a bank account or accept the scam debit card that charges a million fees, giving the bank in TX that runs it tons of taxpayer social security dollars annually). That POINT 9 % = 850,000 people. That is a staggering amount of people who are getting fucked with by the shenanigans with the USPS destruction happening (and they are not all Democrats - because just like Democrats, Republicans collect social security, get prescriptions via the mail, conduct their businesses via mail, receive and pay bills via the mail, and many of them live in rural areas where the USPS is the ONLY option to get anything, because all other companies just won't go there...)

Trump can trot out non-white people and pretend he has a huge not white following when facts indicate that he won the EC last time with the votes of whites in swing states, to the tune of less than 45,000 votes that put him in the WH while nearly 3 MILLION more people voted for HRC. There are plenty of mentally ill people who support Trump. Kanye West is one of them. I'm sure it's not hard for him to find others. I mean the Puerto Rican woman he trotted out didn't even know that Puerto Ricans are AMERICAN CITIZENS as she pontificated about being a first generation American because her grandma was (is?) Puerto Rican.

Anyone stumping for Trump that is not named Trump is certifiably bat shit insane. They are all craven, soulless, immoral sycophants. Trump is Jim Jones and it is clear that a percentage of the population has chosen to drink whatever kool aid he serves them, no matter what. Need proof? See today's story about how many people in Texas have been hospitalized for drinking bleach.

16

@14,
I'd speculate trump will get the same percentage of black votes this year as in 2016. The same people who always vote republican will, again, vote republican, and the same people who always vote democrat will vote democrat. None of the horseshit news out of either party will change anyone's opinions. But that's just my speculation.

17

@14 You may BELIEVE that, but it has no basis in reality. Something so easily verified, why make up information when you could find the FACTS?

https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/2018/08/09/an-examination-of-the-2016-electorate-based-on-validated-voters/

Trump asked Black people what they had to lose in 2016. In 2020 they know what they have to lose if they vote for Trump, EVERYTHING.

@16 More Black people know who Trump is than they may have in 2016 (where everyone in the vicinity of NYC knew EXACTLY who he was, but some people throughout the rest of the nation had this notion that he was something he never was).

It is highly unlikely, especially given the extreme suffering the Black (and other non-white people in this country) have experienced and continue to experience due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that the same percentage of Black people will vote for Trump.

There is also the nationwide Black Lives Matter protests and Trump's deployment of his rogue gestapo to tear gas, assault, and snatch and arrest them that has show exactly what Trump thinks about Black people and Black lives.

Not voting for Trump does not mean they will vote for Biden, either.
It is far more likely that they will not vote at all. Only time will tell.

Black voters have expressed that they do not believe Biden has anything to offer, though it is clear that he expects them to vote for him.

We've had months of social unrest under trump's presidency but more trump is the solution, sure...

30

Fewer riots, not less riots!
Sure, let's say Trump gets 10% of Black votes this fall. The relevant question is how many voters show up and vote, not just the percentage of voters. If an additional 100,000 Black voters show up, and 10% (instead of 6%) vote for Trump - Biden gets an additional margin of 80,000 votes.

31

@8 I think you are downplaying how well this plays in the living rooms of scared suburbanites full to the eyeballs of cultural resentments who've had a steady diet of Fox News videos of protesters rioting and yelling at restaurant patrons to raise a fist. Meanwhile, Biden is not campaigning in Wisconsin, a state Clinton lost by half a percentage point, and Trump has been there twice recently. The swearing in videos plays directly into their sense of "I'm not racist, I just support law and order" while Rand Paul's speech vs Colin Powel's appearance at the DNC convention makes them feel it's the other side that's hypocritical and war mongering. Honestly I'm moving from thinking the election is going to be close to thinking Dems are going to lose.

If we are in the prediction game, I agree with Xina and Urgutha both- I think Trump will get overall the same percentage of the Black vote (etc with other demographics) and that ALSO there will be fewer people in whole numbers who bother to vote for potus at all.

In no realm other than white supremacist terrorism is this acceptable:

Kyle Rittenhouse 17 years old
from Antioch, IL shoots a man in the head with an AR-15 & kills him in Kenosha. He also shot 2 more people killing 2.

Evades street justice by running toward cops with an AR-15
AND the Police just let him go!

Video you can actually SEE instead of David's bullshit about an armed Jacob Blake.
