Yeah, I wanted open the door, get on the floor, everybody walk the dinosaur but got open the door, get on the floor, this is a raid.

The difference between a Biden presidency and a Sanders presidency is minimal. The difference between a Democratic Senate and a Republican Senate is huge. A Biden candidacy makes a Democratic Senate a lot more likely. He is the best choice for the progressive agenda.

4

Democracy ain't Amazon.

It's not about what you want. It's about what we get.

In this instance, the risk of a Sanders nomination - or even a Sanders-contested convention - produced a Biden stampede, where we might otherwise have settled on a younger and more progressive alternative.

@3 is correct, but only if you vote.

I have to say, that sticker is funny.

But I’ll just quietly murmur that a Biden/Harris administration might help lead the way to an AOC presidency. A trump/pence renewal will just be more corruption, incompetence, and bible-addled nitwitism.

that sticker is faf
it needs one more:

I'll say this much: To anyone who voted against Clinton as a "protest" vote? You see now that it's pointless. Your protest vote went unheard. The democratic party ignored your requests and pleas and did what it always does--serve its own interest. You wanted Sanders? They selected Clinton. You wanted Sanders again? or Warren? Or whoever? They selected Biden. It was "his turn." Your alternative choice is of no importance to them.

So don't bother "protest" voting. It's a waste of time. The next president is going to either be Trump or Biden. Voting for anyone else is a waste of time and will go completely unheard and be forgotten. Four years from now, neither party will look back and say "maybe we should listen to what the protest voters wanted?" No. They'll do what they always do. Serve themselves.

Our government is completely broken and trying to fix things by voting for someone other than the democrat or republican nominee is the incorrect way to go about that. You've got to start from the ground up, not at the end game.

"You've got to start from the ground up, not at the end game."

Bingo, Urg.
Credit wher it's due: the Powell Memo
the blueprint for total governmental Control
got Powell on the USSC and Republicans drawing
lines around the Voters they need today. Oh, and the
US Senate. AND the Supreme Court.

It starts at the bottom.

A vote for a third party candidate to Congress or the Presidency is a vote for Putin.
