"That's because no one calls themselves "German Marshall Scholars."

Rich, if that's true, why is the first hit in a Google search for "German Marshal Scholar" a CV for Dr. Istvan Stumpf, who "spent years in the USA as a German Marshall Scholar?"

"Barry R. Posen is a Professor of Political Science at the MIT and a German Marshall Scholar in Brussels, where he studies the European Security and Defence Policy (ESDP)."

@1-3:

Great, you found three examples - for your diligent, obsessive drive to score points on a picayune matter, and proven ability to use a common search engine we crown you KING OF TEH INTERWEBS for today. We all bow down before your royal pedanticness...

Maia Espinoza is nothing more than a pathetic, lyin' Tя☭mpanzee. Good riddance to her & her extremist right-wing agenda! May a herd of diseased yaks pay her an intimate visit...

@5 To be fair, I think Rich gets the crown for pedanticness. He's managed to distill this whole race down to a pointless dispute over terminology no one cares about. Most voters will probably base their vote in this race on the issues, rather than a deep dive into Espinoza's resume.

@9:

If most voters actually based their votes on the issues, rather than some knee-jerk bullshit emotional response like "which one would you rather have a beer with?" we wouldn't be in the mess we are today nationally.

@10 comte, FTW!
