Steve Kornacki is quite careful not to lift up his arms.

3

@2: bend over buddy and hold on strong.. whatever works for you...

4

Sure would be a shame if the Tr666pnazis decide to take out their rage on Zuckerbot, @Jack, and Rumpel Thielskin, whoā€™ve facilitated and enabled $hitlerā€™s harassment and abuse of this nation all these years.

And no clue how the Evilungelical ChrISIStians are gonna work ā€œdefeated Godā€ into their toxic belief system, but theyā€™ve no problems with mass shootings, cruelty to refugees, caging kids, and forced hysterectomies, so this oneā€™ll be a real doozy.

5

Speaking of, someone needs to call Sarah Hucksterbee Slanders and remind her that she can eat shit everyday forever.

6

I appreciate the comment by Silver. I'm afraid the earlier triggered some PTSD from the other night. Too damn close, even though, when all is said and done, it is probably a solid victory. Biden will probably win Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Georgia; more than enough to win the election.

7

I don't know, IMO the longer this drags out, the more it's going to humiliate the Orange shit-stain. He can throw all the tantrums he wants on national television for as long as the networks choose to indulge him, but all it does is make him look more and more unhinged, especially as his anticipated court challenges are inexorably thrown out one by one. The rats are already evacuating the sinking ship and very soon he's going to be left sitting alone in the Oval Office surrounded by empty fast food clamshells and his own excrement, his howls of rage and frustration echoing down the now-deserted corridors. Hell, I can imagine Melania is already packing her Louis Vuitton luggage set and will no doubt be jetting off to Mar-A-Lago without him any minute now.

Of course, this also carries with it a certain risk that he'll go full-on General Jack D. Ripper and attempt some petulant act of homicidal revenge, but I have a feeling the Secret Service and the DOD attaches inside the WH will put a quick stop to that.

@ 7,

This is usually the point where the family annihilator kills the kids, the dog, his wife, and then himself, except in this case he can kill the whole country, in whichever order will maximize the horror.

Do you really think any of those incompetent ass-kissers in the White Trash House would try to stop him?

9

@Trump will be evicted but Melania can stay. Put her in charge of Christmas planning.

Seriously though, he does have over two months left. Who knows what mischief he will get into. My guess is he won't do much, other than try and cover his tracks, or try and benefit financially from his time in office. He never was politically motivated, and really doesn't give a fuck about the Republican Party (one of the few things about him I like).

10

@9
Grifters gonna grift, and Trump will do all he can, until Putin gives him asylum in the Motherland.
@2
Yes, yes! Drink from the chalice of bleach!
The spaceship to Mars will be here soon!

11

@8:

His staff? Naw, they're all too busy planning how to get the hell out of there without him noticing before he starts roaming the hallways of the West Wing with a Louisville Slugger ala "The Untouchables". Like I said, this would be a job for SS and DOD and I'm fully confident they can handle a screaming, man-shaped toddler just fine. I mean it's not like anyone is just going to hand over the nuclear launch codes to a raging, mouth-foaming maniac at this point.

12

Sigh.

I guess option C, he gets dragged out kicking like a petulant toddler, is what we're going with.

13

Man, you know what sucks is that any "normal" person in his relative position -- which is to say an obese, sedentary septuagenarian who eats a disgusting, Taco Bell based diet and works the most stressful job in human history -- would almost surely have suffered some sort of stress and anxiety induced corollary or catastrophic stroke by now. But it's only owing to his utter lack of humility and total incapacity for self-reflection that he doesn't internalize any responsibility for his behavior and decision making, much less the overall impact that said behavior has on our country and it's citizenry.

So, if he weren't a selfish, ignorant prick and colossal idiot, he'd almost surely be dead by now, or at least critically incapacitated. Meaning that selfish, ignorant idiocy is actually serving he and his like minded followers quite well and enabling this years long shitshow that we're needlessly embroiled in. Although I guess if he weren't a selfish, fat-headed fuck, he probably never would've run in the first place.

I guess ignorance is bliss, or whatever.

14

COMTE, the military aides wouldn't disobey an order - they would just treat it as a continuing dialogue with the Commander-in-Chief, like they did with his directive to install steam catapults on that new aircraft carrier.

I can see the future - Trump won't turn up for Biden's inauguration.

15

Trump just might be the first president to commit suicide while in office.

16

Well suicide, I don't know...
that would be depression and before we get there we have to get through denial, anger & bargaining.
We seem still to be firmly in denial.
Anger promises to be fun- look out Fox News! Traitors!!
But what I am most looking forward to is when he gets to the bargaining stage. That should be a hoot.

17

@13 Well, he definitely didnā€™t have a series of mini strokes that prompted him to visit Walter Reed, even though no one asked him about it.

19

@15, Suicide? I doubt it.

Above all else, the Orange Shitgibbon is a narcissist. Narcissists are generally at lower risk than average for suicide. He's far more likely to have all manner of rage tantrums than commit suicide. Narcissists typically lash out at others, not themselves. Plus he's surrounded by people 24/7, including the secret service. Even if he got it in his mind to off himself, how would he accomplish it? Nobody is going to let him near a loaded gun, and not likely any sharp objects either.

So suicide? I don't think so. He'll just rage-tweet till they drag him out on January 20th.

20

More likely, Jared or Mnuchin will talk Trump into a weekend getaway at Mar-a-Lago, and then he'll be locked out of the White House.
Or just get Trump to a rally. He likes rallies. Especially when he can shout and spread lots of Covid germs to his loyal cult members.

22

I canā€™t wait to turn Tr666p and every last one of his despicable trash voters over to a calmly smiling Hillary Clinton, Americaā€™s deadliest, drug-dealing, lesbian assassin.

ā€œHonestly officer, they stabbed themselves six times in the chest, grabbed a gun, and shot themselves six times in the back of their heads.

It was horribleā€¦ horrible!ā€
(struggles to suppress snickering laughter)

23

These are the numbers that need to be being talked about. Trump is a loser. He has lost in almost every significant way he could lose (despite an increase in votes, which is cancelled out by the increase in votes overall and the fact that Biden has more votes than any other presidential candidate in history).

Did America Repudiate Donald Trump?

https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2020/11/6/1993555/-Did-America-Repudiate-Donald-Trump

Between 2016 and 2020, Trumpā€™s percentage of votes won decreased in 37 states! Trump lost ground in 73% of American statesā€”nearly 3/4 of them.

In 2016, Trump won 304 electoral votes. In 2020, he is likely to win only 232 electoral votes. This is a 24% drop in electoral votes wonā€”a massive collapse for Trump in the Electoral College.

The overall percentages donā€™t show Trumpā€™s state by state, swing state, Electoral College, base support, or history-making collapses. But the other measures we possess portray just how widespread was Americaā€™s repudiation of Donald Trump, coast to coast, among large demographic groups, and historically.

24

My guess is that he will go to Florida and talk on the phone with Hannity while Biden is sworn in. Or maybe not. Who knows? Trump is a non-stop Pandora's Box opening and closing on a whim. What kind of low have we sunken to when Nixon now looks like a gracious loser?

26

Trump should be up for murder and kidnapping (which includes taking children from their parents at the border).

Short description: no delusions about who he is - a fascist goon -.

28

Absolutely nuts that Q turned out to be Joe Biden.

29

Well this is getting infuriating the gutlessness to call this race.
The longer it drags on, the greater the impression that this is a close race when it is not.
Trump is being emboldened to make false claims of victory again, the RNC has said it will help broadcast any unfounded assertions of voter fraud.
C'mon MSM, shit or get off the pot.

30

@29: NBC just called it. Joe Biden is president-elect!

31

@30,

AP did same. Commence lame duck status!

32

@31 mike, First I want to say that I'm truly happy and relieved that Biden won.

However, when I read your comment, my first thought was are you referring to Trump or Biden?

Because barring a miracle turn in the Senate races, Biden will essentially be a lame-duck president. That's how Repubs will treat it, and Dems will lose support over the next 4 years, and without ridding ourselves of the electoral college, and without a major change in Dem leadership and strategy, there's about a 75% chance that this is a one-term presidency and Repubs will be back in charge. Americans are just that stupid.

33

Well, whaddya know? From my mouth to God's ear I guess.

34

@14:

They would if it's clearly unlawful, as the military Code of Conduct specifies it is perfectly acceptable - indeed even necessary - to refuse to obey such an order. SCROTUS suddenly ordering a military intervention, in say, Philadelphia or anywhere else he's now trailing in the polls would unambiguously fit that criteria.

35

Congrats, Smokin' Joe.
Now I'm gonna go
Burn One for YOU.

DUDE.

You too, Kamala!
